Rukgnarl Bonesreaper is an expansion for Gosu X bringing to your game a new clan of dark goblins. It contains 15 cards for the Rukgnarl clan, altered cards and special tokens for the new mechanisms.
Shadowstep & Umbra
With Rukgnarl Bonesreaper, players will discover new concepts.
- Shadowstep is a powerful ability that allows you to replace your captured cards, like a shift. By “attempting a Shadowstep”, you can try to replace your card with the first from your deck, if it’s of the same level.
- Umbra allows you to reactivate a card tagged with this keyword in exchange for a Corruption token.
- Cards with Solo have their army value doubled if they are FREE.
- Akasha cards are updated with the new 10-clan draft system.
How to play Gosu X with the Rukgnarl clan?
With the arrival of the 10th clan, the draft phase has been modified. Now, each player will, in turn, begin by banishing a clan from the game. This clan cannot be chosen. Any Akasha card thus discarded is left on the side of the playing area: its effect will apply throughout the game.
The 8 remaining clans are drafted as usual.
